- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My experience today was very unpleasant and immediately confrontational. The older lady that served me pre-judged me about how I was managing my pain, which I have done successfully in conjunction with doctors for 30 years. I told her what worked for me and in a conceited attempt to limit my pain medication she delighted in telling me that she had put a note on my medication register that a doctors prescription would be the only way to obtain that pain relief again. I have talked to numerous doctors, surgeons, specialists etc etc and all were happy with how I was controlling it in light of all my medical issues- something this lady didn't bother to investigate. I will hopefully never have to return to this chemist again as they are in the dark ages regarding customer service. I should not have to beg for pain medication!!Steven SillenceMay 26, 2017
